Bring your organisational and communication skills to support a tram of volunteers to deliver our telephone Buddy, Digital Buddy and Community Buddy Services. Experience required: - good listening, clear communication skills, patient, flexible & reliable
- ability to respect others difference & choices
- ability to demonstrate empathy & understanding whilst maintaining boundaries upholding Macmillan's policies
- confident to work independently & recognise when to ask for support or raise concerns
- good IT & administration skills to use systems & resources
