Castle Furniture are looking for an experienced administrator with retail experience to support with the day-day operations within their Glenrothes and Cupar warehouse. Typical tasks will include; processing sales, answering calls, dealing with customer queries, uploading stock to an internal database, filing and other administrative task.
Castle Furniture also work collaboratively to fulfil welfare orders, therefore part of this role will involve supporting this process through the processing of referrals made by partner organisations.
* To provide support and therapeutic work placements to those recovering from a mental health illness. * To provide training opportunities and work placements to enable local unemployed or disadvantaged people to re-enter the labour market and regain self-worth in the process. * To bring together people who wouldn't usually meet to do things they wouldn't usually do. * To relieve poverty and distress.

Experience required: This role would suit individuals with previous administration and retail experience, who are comfortable using technology/Microsoft Office. Confidence to deal with customer queries both on the telephone and face-face is also be desirable.
