Would you like to join in the fun of our Friday afternoon ‘drama class’? where it’s all about encouraging creativity and fun within the group of adults we support?
We are looking for volunteers to assist with our adult services Friday afternoon drama groups where the emphasis is on encouraging participation and creativity through drama in a fun, supportive environment. This volunteering role will suit someone who is calm, friendly and helpful. It is also a good opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience of supporting adults with a range of learning disabilities, to get the most out of their time in a creative setting.
All the work carried out by Cosgrove Care is underpinned by a strongly held set of values and beliefs known as the values of inclusion. This philosophy, where all people, regardless of ability, are seen to be citizens of worth, drives us in our mission to support people who are isolated or at risk of isolation to take power and control in their own lives. Our work is about Justice, Empowerment, Relationships, Trust and Support.
