Would you like to use your skills in admin and broaden your experience while making a difference? We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised administrator to provide admin support in our friendly office environment.
Tasks include:
Answer phone calls- transfer calls/take messages.
Welcome visitors to office/ask who they have appointment with and let staff member know.
Send birthday/xmas cards to volunteers.
Shredding of files no longer needed.
Printing our certificates/contacting organisations/volunteers for collection
We will make sure that you receive training that is relevant to your role and if you are interested there may be opportunities for further development in your role.
WDCVS VISA employability scheme is where volunteers who are actively looking for work can brush up on the skills that employers are looking for, the VISA certificate highlights the skills that the volunteer has achieved in their volunteer role, the certificate can be created and sent to them as a PDF.

- Some basic IT skills - basic inputting and emailing (training will be provided)
