This role includes
Stock the Care van with cups, lids, flasks and food.
Serve food and drinks to guests.
Distribute any donations of clothing.
Speak to clients; offer advice where appropriate.
Report any incidents, feedback or training needs in the report folders.
Clean the van on return to the Centre.
Drivers:
Check the Care Van for damage or issues before leaving the Centre. The same should be done on return.
Drive the Van, following the usual route & stay close to the Van at all times.

Volunteers should be sympathetic with the aims of Bethany Christian Trust as expressed in its mission and values statements (found on our website)
Travel details: Volunteers are to meet at the Care Van located behind Bethany Christian Centre, at Jane Street. The Van will return here.
Minimum age: 21
Expenses details: If you have used public transport to travel to and from your role, or as part of your role, you are entitled to claim this money back- up to the equivalent of a Day Ticket .You must retain a receipt,.
